The Dartmouth Multi-Pad Arena is the first building project that incorporated both CarbonCure ready mix and masonry products, courtesy of Quality Concrete and Shaw Brick and Stone, respectively. A total of 207,458 pounds of CO₂ were saved during the construction of this building.
This restaurant is part of the company’s “Experience of the Future” rebranding initiative. The reduced carbon concrete supplied by Ozinga for this building resulted in CO₂ savings of 30,000 pounds, which is equivalent to the amount of CO₂ sequestered by 16 acres of U.S. forest in one year.
Brampton Brick used 556,030 units of concrete masonry made with CarbonCure for the completion of this project. The amount of CO₂ sequestered in this project totals 12,455 lbs. CO₂, which is equivalent to the amount of CO₂ sequestered in 146 tree seedlings grown for 10 years.
