Making Room for Predators at the Georgia Aquarium

The extensive renovation project for the largest aquarium in the U.S., the Georgia Aquarium, is part of their Expansion 2020 plans, which include the addition of an exhibit focusing on the misunderstood predator of the ocean: sharks. Thomas Concrete’s use of CarbonCure concrete for this project saved a total of 328,632 pounds of CO₂ from entering the atmosphere, which is equivalent to the amount of CO₂ sequestered by 175 acres of forest in one year!
