New MIT Graduate Student Housing & More

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)’s Kendall Square project includes these two buildings, which will bring new graduate student housing to the area as well as a lively innovation centre, mixed-use retail and a new home for MIT Admissions. The buildings will have access to underground parking being developed as part of the Kendall Square project and will provide long-term and short-term bicycle parking.

The amount of CO₂ emissions avoided for 290-292 Main Street as a result of Jandris supplying blocks made with the CarbonCure Technology is equivalent to the amount of CO₂ sequestered by approximately 1 acre of forest in one year.
