CarbonCure’s technologies inject CO₂ into fresh concrete, where it reacts with cement to form tiny, nano-sized particles of calcium carbonate—better known as limestone. Recruitment Process

1. Application Review
We manually screen applications, considering various criteria, without the use of algorithms or artificial intelligence.

 

2. Intro Call
Qualified candidates receive a short call from the Talent Acquisition team.

3. Interview
The hiring manager interviews top candidates.

4. Technical Assessment
Finalists may be asked to complete a job-related skill test.

5. Evaluation
References and backgrounds are checked.

6. Offer Letter
We make an offer to the candidate that we feel is the best fit for the role.
