"I'm very excited and proud to lead CarbonCure,” said Kravtsov. “This talented team has built an exceptional foundation: an innovative, drop-in technology, a business model rooted in producer profitability, rock solid customer relationships, deployment in hundreds of plants, and more than 10 million concrete truckloads, all serving as proof points of industry validation and value.”

Throughout her career, Kravtsov has distinguished herself in leading large, cross-functional teams through organizational transformation, executing complex M&A strategies, improving profitability, and scaling new business units.

“Yuliya's track record of driving growth and guiding teams through transformation makes her the ideal leader to guide CarbonCure’s global trajectory and tap into the accelerating demand for concrete decarbonization," said CarbonCure's Board Chair William Holden. "She has the industry expertise, the operational excellence and the strategic mindset that CarbonCure needs to scale."

Based near Chicago, Illinois, Kravtsov holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and completed executive education at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.

Continuity and Momentum

Kristal Kaye, CarbonCure’s Chief Financial Officer who served as interim CEO over the past year, will transition to the role of President and CFO, closely collaborating with Kravtsov and CarbonCure’s Leadership team to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.

"I’m looking forward to working side-by-side with Yuliya to integrate her fresh perspective into our long-term strategy,” Kaye said. “Her building materials expertise and experience scaling high-growth divisions will be invaluable as we build on the company's success to date, continue to foster our high-performing team, and deliver value to our customers."

"Having seen Yuliya turn strategy into results, I have full confidence in her ability to lead CarbonCure's next phase,” added the company’s Board Vice Chair, Onne van der Weijde. “She is a proven operator who understands the intricacies of the cement and concrete industry from the ground up. Yuliya's talent for executing at scale will position CarbonCure for accelerated growth, expanding its strong market leadership."
